There is a free beginners' area located at the bottom of the slopes in Les Aillons-Margériaz 1400, which boasts a "bubble" covered conveyor ski lift and is open to everyone; ideal for a gentle introduction to skiing !
The French Ski School also offers an introduction to skiing for 3 to 4 year-olds at the 'Jardin des Neiges'. All lessons take place during term-time on Saturdays and Sundays only.
From 21/12 to 30/03, daily.

- Cours à la carte de 1h30 pendant le week-end et les vacances scolaires : 35 € la séance
- 5 cours de 1h30 durant 5 samedis ou 5 dimanches en janvier : 145 € les 5 séances (insigne incluse)
Vacances scolaires:
- 6 de séance de 1h30, du dimanche au vendredi inclus : 185€ (insigne incluse)
