Presentation

With this easy loop under the benevolent gaze of Mont Granier, there's something for young and old alike. Get on your bike and let's go for a great family ride! And don't forget your picnic to enjoy by the lake.

On this quiet little road, it's really effortless. A little pedal stroke is all it takes. Lift your head from the handlebars: Mont Granier is just above you. Did you know that the landslide that took place on these slopes in 1248 is the largest known mountain collapse in Europe? The entire forest was swept away! Fortunately, that was a long time ago, and only the impressive 700-metre-high cliff is there to bear witness... and to provide you with some welcome shade.
Continuing on, you pass through the charming village of Saint-Baldoph. The gentle slope, where the vines bask, is a great place to pedal peacefully and enjoy the scenery. The vineyards offer an extraordinary and ever-changing picture every season! Admire the breathtaking view of the Belledonne mountain range.
After the effort, the comfort: put your bike down and take your picnic out of the bag. Enjoy it while doing a few ricochets in the lake.
