Every evening at 6 p.m.: wine-tasting with three wines chosen by our wine-waiter, who will reveal all his secrets and the best food-wine matches, through a practical and simple approach. Canapés served.
Notre terrasse ombragée ou l’une de nos quatre salles de restaurant au cadre enchanteur sont une invitation à venir goûter la cuisine inventive, colorée, raffinée, sans cesse renouvelée de notre chef Pascal COLLIAT. Franck, notre maître d’hôtel, saura compléter la dégustation, par des suggestions de vins gouleyants, fruités et issus de vendanges tardives de ce terroir régional dont nous sommes si fiers. Durant la belle saison, la piscine chauffée est réservée à notre clientèle.
"Les mélomanes gastronomes" : dîner-concert une fois par mois, dîners littéraires, dîners théâtre, dîners œnologiques.
Tous les soirs à 18h, sur réservation : dégustation de 3 vins au choix de notre sommelier, qui vous livrera ses secrets et la justesse de ses accords, grâce à une approche pratique et simple. Service de canapés.
